14. Hi. I was very very pleased with the service from Kiravans but I have to question the delivery service. I followed the tracking link sent to me. My parcel was received at Gatwick early morning. At this time it was less than 10 miles from the delivery address. It then went to what was referred to as a national sorting depot. By lunchtime it was in Leeds. The parcel was eventually delivered the following day having toured half the country to end up back where it started. In these times of doing our best to save the planet I find this waste of resources difficult to comprehend. In addition these were windows and the risk of damage exponentially increased by the amount of time they are in transit. 17. Very good quality swivel in all aspect (cut, paint, finishing) and does fit exactly into its place. A lot better than other UK productions. But, on the driver side, screwing the riser is not the easiest with the room left for the nut, forcing to insert the nut while putting down the riser. Then, globally the installation notice left in the box isn't helping. 18. Very friendly staff on the phone. Happy to share their knowledge on the products they sell and how they may work in your own conversion. It would be a 10 for me but a slight niggle in that when windows arrive.. you only have 48 hours to check them before Kiravans remove responsibility. In my case, while I ordered them early.. The double -seat -swivel I ordered from France arrived way earlier than I thought, was the cheapest on the market and it took me about half an hour to install , with the help of a clear and easy to understand notice. I contacted Kiravans and within a couple of emails and phone calls I had everything I needed within three working days. 29. Quick turn around of order, however I was a little disappointed that no fixings came with the seat as the standard ones cannot be reused. The T6 seat to base mountings are 2 bolts into captive nuts at the rear and 2 nuts onto studs at the front. the swivel seat base requires 4 nuts and 4 bolts. Due to the construction of the swivel base the 20mm OEM bolts (of which there are only two anyway) are too short so I am going to have to experiment with different lengths. Quality of the product seems good though just disappointed that i'm going to have to faff around with ordering special fixings before I can fit it – About Kiravans: Any reason in particular you're giving Kiravans that score?

43. I purchased a double seat T5 swivel from Kiravans. The item is top quality and well thought out, unlike some others you see advertised. It's also properly crash tested which most aren't. 45. Product arrived in good time, packaged well and to a quality that was advertised . Out of the eight screen covers, six were an excellent fit, but two were too big by about two inches in length. You have to assemble the rubber suckers and clips to the screens, but this is not a big job and are soon assembled and fitted to the van.
